DesiMela is a community directory platform that helps users discover Indian businesses, restaurants, temples, events, and services across the United States. We connect the South Asian diaspora with local resources.

Use the Site to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Scrape, crawl, or systematically harvest data without permission
Attempt to disrupt or interfere with Site functionality

3. Business Listings

Business information on DesiMela is provided for informational purposes. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all information is current or complete. We are not responsible for errors in listing data.

If you are a business owner, you may submit updates or request removal by emailing hello@desimela.us. Submitted information may be edited for clarity or accuracy before publishing.

4. User Submissions

When you submit a business, event, or report through DesiMela, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that information on the platform. You represent that you have the right to submit this information and that it is accurate.

5. Intellectual Property

The DesiMela name, logo, design, and original content are the property of DesiMela and may not be reproduced without permission. Business names, logos, and information belong to their respective owners.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

DesiMela is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listings are current and accurate. Use the Site at your own discretion.
